Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
Email & Text Reminders are sent out upon booking and again 72 hours prior to your appointment. To cancel or reschedule TEXT or Call 951-290-7312. EMAIL REQUESTS WILL NOT BE VALID!! No call no show and same day cancellation will result in 100% service cost fee. Rescheduling within 24 hr fee = 50% of service cost + new deposit require. Clients arriving 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment will be rescheduled. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment time. Non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. Your deposit is credited towards your service. Payment is due at time of service. All services are non refundable. Rescheduling can be done 2x per appointment. After the 2nd rescheduling, appointment will be cancelled and new a new deposit would need to be paid for a new appointment
