Cancellation Policy

Email & Text Reminders are sent out upon booking and again 72 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees. No call no show, rescheduling or cancelling within 24 hr fee = 50% of service cost. Clients arriving 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment will be rescheduled. Arriving late could result in your service being shortened in order to accommodate the clients who have reserved the time following your appointment. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment time. Non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. Your deposit is credited towards your service. Payment is due at time of service.
